This Haeckels Skin product is packaed in vivomer, a brand new bio-polymer. It's an entirely vegan and compostable material made with a little help from friendly microbes. Grown by nature, this packaging performs like plastic but without the detrimental effects at its end of life as it’s consumed again by the same microbes that created it. Vivomer will degrade organically like tree branches, given its origins are also natural.

The natural oat extracts in this Prebiotic Cleansing Balm provide the skin with sterols, phospholipids and ceramides, which help your skin feel and look firmer. Prebiotic Cleansing Balm also contains adaptative and targeted prebiotics to help moisturise the skin and support the skin microbiome.

Work in hands until balm turns to oil. Massage into skin with water until oil emulsifies. Remove the cleanser with a warm, damp cloth. Use alone or as the first step of your double cleanse.
The packaging is fully home compostable - you can put it in your food waste or leave it in your compost bin.
